
Whole Foods has a frozen “coastal blend” of vegetables, with carrots, corn, broccoli, and edamame, which I use frequently, but I happened to have all those veggies on hand today (in the past), so I made my own coastal blend (plus a frozen cauliflower-mixed-veggie-rice-product, and a homemade turkey meatloaf; cut in to small bites — like a child) (yay!).
