Veggies and Meatloaf

Veggies and Meatloaf: Cauliflower Rice with Corn, Carrots, Broccoli, and Edamame, and a Turkey Meatloaf (cut in to small bites, like a child) Meal Prep.

Whole Foods has a frozen “coastal blend” of vegetables, with carrots, corn, broccoli, and edamame, which I use frequently, but I happened to have all those veggies on hand today (in the past), so I made my own coastal blend (plus a frozen cauliflower-mixed-veggie-rice-product, and a homemade turkey meatloaf; cut in to small bites — like a child) (yay!).


Protein: (Turkey) Meatloaf, Pasture-Raised Egg by Vital Farms, Edamame

Veggie: Carrots, Onions, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery

Carb: Corn, Oatmeal


+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
