
This is how I actually eat my food: protein-veggie-carb, cut in to small bites, and mixed together; like a child.
This even has a (plant based) hot dog as my protein; so… iono; yummy in my tummy.
Protein: Field Roast Frankfurter
Veggie: Sautéed Spinach, Microgreens
Carb: Potatoes
+ This meal is refined sugar free, and sugar substitute free, to the best of my knowledge.
