Two French Toasts with Almond Butter, Sliced Banana, Fried Egg, Spinach, Avocado, and Olives

I (genuinely) considered not posting this today (because I made ((and ate)) two ((HUGE)) slices of (French-ass) toast this morning) ((#dontjudgeme)) ((#foodissues)) — but then I remembered: you don’t care.

You are not sitting around your office, regaling your coworkers with nonsense like, “Hey, I saw Melissa ate two ((HUGE)) slices of French (ass) toast (this morning) (—) ((which she made)) ((for herself)) ((by herself)) ((in her own home)). Can you believe that shit? I think she’s out of control.”

So — here we are.

French toast.

Slightly improved from the last attempt, by putting a little non-dairy milk in the egg base.

Protein: Pasture-Raised Egg by Vital Farms, Almond Butter

Veggie: Spinach, Microgreens

Carb: Sourdough Bread, Banana, Olives, Avocado


+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
