Turkey meatloaf meal prep with LOTS of veggies: peas, broccoli, and green beans (from frozen, from Trader Joe’s); potatoes, peppers, and onions (from frozen, from Trader Joe’s); corn, carrots, broccoli, and edamame (from frozen, from Whole Foods).

I also make the exact same thing for myself again this week (peas and all), plus more! fucking! beans!
