Turkey meatloaf meal prep with LOTS of veggies: peas, broccoli, and green beans (from frozen, from Trader Joe’s); potatoes, peppers, and onions (from frozen, from Trader Joe’s); corn, carrots, broccoli, and edamame (from frozen, from Whole Foods).

Veggie: Broccoli, Carrots, Green Beans, Onions, Celery

Carb: Potatoes, Peas, Peppers, Corn, Oatmeal
