Turkey meatloaf meal prep, with added pico de gallo and microgreens (of course).

(I don’t (often) leave the house without mascara, either.)

((Same principle.))

Protein: (Turkey) Meatloaf, Edamame

Veggie: Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Onions, Microgreens

Carb: Rice, Oatmeal, Corn, Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives

+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
