Too Much Rice?

Mushroom Bites, with Rice and Veggies

Is that too much rice?

Maybe.

But no one ever asked me if I was eating too much junk food, so…

Judge me all you want.


Protein: Roasted Chicken from Whole Foods Market, (Vegan) Mushroom Bites by Big Mountain Foods (which are delicious; find them in the refrigerated vegan section of your supermarket) ((yes, I will let you sponsor me))

Veggie: Mushrooms, Broccoli, Microgreens, Onions

Carb: Maybe Too Much Rice, Tomatoes, Peppers

Sauce: I mixed the Chicken-Mushroom-Broccoli with a can of Mushroom Bisque Soup by Amy’s Kitchen, which makes for a great, no-hassle sauce (because I can’t cook) ((and yes, I will let you sponsor me))
