Protein-Veggie-Carb: I honestly don’t remember what’s in this — and the packaging is gone, y’all. The tortilla and the orange are carbs, that’s for sure; there are definitely some plants in this; that’s a veggie — spinach? It’s not vegan, but there’s no meat. Beans?
