Today (real life today), I got the opportunity to volunteer with the ladies of @gardenfarmsfoundation, who offer support to community gardens (many of which are located at local schools). Their farmers market event hosted...
"Foods nobody has ever eaten together, for a hundred." ((Egg bake, radishes, microgreens, and regular sized greens.))

Didn't get any takers on these peppers and onions today*, so they're going to get meal prepped!
Food nest. Sunny side up.
Do you even breakfast platter, bro?
#whatsonmyplate: the last of the dressed potatoes, with a mushroom-spinach-onion-garlic sauté, and (a quarter of a) diced avocado, with a scramble, topped with pico de gallo ((no microgreens)).
