I don't think this is all that exciting, but I'm pretty proud of my meatballs, so I'm going to share it anyway... ((and if my DMs are of any indication, you are pretty proud of yours too, male internet strangers, so I guess we're even-but-not-really.))

I took the recipe I use for turkey meatloaf, and changed the loaf in to spheres; now I have turkey meatballs. ((Cooking is not that hard, you guys.))
Vegan sausage, and chickpea pasta (with mushrooms) (in an Alfredo sauce), meal prepped, and plated; served with microgreens (and Parmesan) ((and pepper)). ((Sometimes "more fruits and veggies" looks like "more cheese and spices".)) ((It's a process.))
Chickpea spaghetti pasta, in an Alfredo sauce, with mushrooms, and a plant-based, vegan sausage by Field Roast (I know Alfredo sauce isn't vegan; neither am I), meal prepped, with some French (ass) green beans (NOM). ((What makes them French?)) ((Je ne sais quoi.))

Plated vegan meal prep, with chickpea pasta, meatless meat, corn, carrots, broccoli, and soybeans, to which I added sautéed spinach, and microgreens, in a tomato red sauce. ((It would be weird if the tomato sauce were not red; yeah?))
