
I turned my stir fry in to a salad and overcooked (or undercooked, depending on your perspective) some more eggs.

Protein: Eggs, Chicken, Edamame
Veggie: Mixed Greens, Carrots, Broccoli, Snap Peas
Sauce: Avocado Ranch Dressing
