Still Can’t Cook

Eggs Over-Easy, Spicy Chicken, Breakfast Sausage Bites, and Veggie Breakfast

Do I think this is a beautiful plate of food? Yes.

Do I think I cooked it? No.

Sure, I made those eggs, and okay, I sautéed that spinach, but that pico is pre-made, and those olives are from a can.

Those Superfood Bites? Packaged.
Spicy chicken: food bar.

I’m learning, and that means I just don’t know some stuff yet — and that just has to be okay.

What I know for sure though, is that I have to stay away from sugar, and this has none.

I also know that practicing anything will make you better at it — and so I must.


Protein: Two Pasture-Raised Eggs from Vital Farms , Two (Vegan) Superfood Breakfast Bites from Big Mountain Foods, Spicy Chicken from Whole Foods Market‘s Hot Bar, Cheese

Veggie: Sautéed Spinach, Onions

Carb: Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives


+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
