Protein: Smoked Salmon, Vegan Cream Cheese (Chive Flavor) by Kite Hill

Veggie: Spinach, Onions, Microgreens

Carb: Flatbread by Trader Joe’s, Avocado, Tomato, Peppers, Capers

+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
