Protein: Smoked Salmon, Vegan Cream Cheese (Chive Flavor) by Kite Hill, Two Pasture-Raised Eggs by Vital Farms

Veggie: Spinach, Onions, Microgreens

Carb: Mediterranean Flatbread by Trader Joe’s, Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives, (and half a fancy) Avocado ((if you cannot find yourself a fancy avocado — I’d suggest you sponsor a regular one, and encourage it a bit.))
