More spinach/kale puck things from the Whole Foods salad bar (still can’t remember which leaf it is; forgot to take note), balsamic reduction over sliced tomato; eggs, avocado, and a sautéed spinach salad (with tabouleh) — and microgreens.

Carb: Tabouleh Salad (also from the Salad Bar at Whole Foods), Tomato, Avocado

Seasoning: Pepper, Everything But The Bagel, Balsamic Reduction
