Potato Latke

Two Eggs, Latke, Avocado, Microgreens, Refried Black Beans, Cheese, Spinach Salad of Onions, Corn and Tomatoes

Last of the refried beans (finally), plus some left over corn, and half a potato latke from Whole Foods.

((Bit of a clean-out-the-fridge kind of breakfast platter, but a breakfast platter nonetheless!))


Protein: Two Pasture Raised Eggs from Vital Farms, Cheese, (Refried) (Black) Beans

Veggie: Spinach, Microgreens

Carb: Avocado, (Potato) Latke (from The Deli Counter at Whole Foods), Tomato, Corn

Seasoning: Everything But The Bagel, Pepper


+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
