Crab Omelette with Spinach Shrimp Onion Salad

Whole Foods cooked me some shrimp (not true at all; I bought it from their display case, like everyone else), so I tossed them in a sautéed spinach salad.

They also made me a crab cake (technically), which I put in to an omelette.

I’m pretty chicken to cook fish (ha) ((also shrimp and crab are not fish)), so I’m grateful for their help in this matter, and I look forward to our continued partnership (definitely not partners).


Protein: Shrimp and Crab from The Deli Counter at Whole Foods, Pasture-Raised Eggs from Vital Farms, Cheese

Veggie: Spinach, Onions, Microgreens

Carbs: Tomatoes, Avocado


+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
