Papusa, Eggs, and Avocado, with a Sautéed Spinach Salad of Carrots, Onions, Olives, and Microgreens

I tried a papusa. If you don’t know what that is, all you really need to know is there’s cheese in the middle.


Protein: Two Pasture-Raised Eggs from Vital Farms, Cheese

Veggie: Spinach, Onions, Carrots, Microgreens

Carb: (Corn) Papusa, Avocado, Olives

Seasoning: Everything But The Bagel, Pepper


+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
