I started this account on Instagram (hashtag: follow me on Instagram), and am now starting to upload the content to the website. I don’t fully know where I’m going with it yet, but I’m excited to find out.
For the (very) few of you who are following this account (or liking my posts), I am so encouraged by your support (thank you).
I haven’t posted it here yet (because I’m shy), but I’ve lost 80-85 pounds (depending on the day), by changing my relationship with food, and documenting it has helped me maintain that weight loss.
I’m also learning how to cook, and what foods I like to eat — and remembering what it feels like to make art.
This expression of food, and writing — it’s very personal to me, and I’d lost that somewhere along the way, and I very much appreciate the four of you who are here for it.
