Protein: (Turkey) Meatloaf, Tahini (Dressing) ((Here’s the recipe))

Veggie: Broccoli, Onions, Celery, Carrots, Microgreens

Carb: Potatoes (Frozen, from Trader Joe’s), Oatmeal, Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives, Corn
