Mise En Place: Bunashimeji Mushrooms, Minced Shallots, Minced Garlic, Minced Chives, and Marsala Wine

Mise en place is French for, “this is going to take awhile.”

Protein/Veggie: (Bunashimeji) Mushrooms, Shallots

Seasoning: Garlic, Chives, Marsala Wine
