Turkey Meatloaf Meal Prep, Plated, with Potatoes, Carrots, Broccoli, Pico de Gallo, and a Fried Egg.

I don’t know a single thing not improved by a fried egg. ((Prove me wrong.))


Protein: Pasture-Raised Egg by Vital Farms, Turkey (Meatloaf), Edamame, (Parmesan) Cheese

Veggie: Carrots, Onions, Broccoli, Celery, Microgreens

Carb: Potatoes, Corn, Oatmeal, Tomatoes, Peppers

Seasoning: Pepper
