Garlic Mashed Potatoes From Scratch

Melissa makes mashed potatoes.

((Not only is there no rosemary in this recipe, I was supposed to use the nut butter from the last post, to make this a whole foods, plant based recipe, but then my ‘taters were done before my butt’a, so I had to improvise (as to not let my potatoes cool) — and by improvise, I mean I used butter.
