
The veggies in this dish are tbd; although technically, that meat is a veggie, and those potatoes are veggies too (and there’s mushrooms and onions in there) ((#veggies)).
((I also decided to boil both the potatoes and the turnips (in the same pot; turnips float, potatoes don’t), mash with butter and milk (real butter, real milk), and season — which worked.))
