Imperfect Eggs

Eggs with Tabouleh Salad, Potatoes, and Spinach.

Been practicing my (fancy-ass) eggs… This one split in transit, but it tasted exactly the same, and still made for a beautiful photo; so — don’t believe the hype.

Progress not perfection: egg edition.


Protein: Two Eggs-That-Tasted-Exactly-The-Same-And-Made-For-A-Beautiful-Photo-Even-Though-One-Of-Them-Split-In-Transit by Vital Farms, Cheddar Cheese

Veggie: Sautéed Spinach, Carrots, Microgreens, Onions

Carb: Tabouleh Salad from Whole Foods Market‘s Salad Bar, Potatoes, Peppers, Tomatoes


+ This meal is refined sugar free, and sugar substitute free, to the best of my knowledge.
