I turned my fajita burrito bowls in to fajita breakfast platters ((because I CAAAN)). ((Too agro?))


Fajita Breakfast Platter with Peppers and Onions, Spanish Rice, Spinach, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Beans, Corn, Eggs, Cheese, Olives, and Microgreens

Protein: Pasture-Raised Eggs by Vital Farms, (Black) Beans, Cheese

Veggie: Spinach, Onions, Microgreens

Carbs: Corn, (Spanish) Rice, Mashed Potatoes (with Vegan Mushroom Gravy), Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives

Recipes: Vegan Mushroom Gravy


Fajita Omelette with Beans, Cheese, Corn, Peppers, and Onions, Topped with Microgreens, and Avocado, Side of Spinach, Tomatoes, Olives and Microgreens

Protein: Pasture-Raised Eggs by Vital Farms, (Black) Beans, Cheese

Veggie: Spinach, Onions, Microgreens

Carbs: Corn, (Spanish) Rice, Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives, Avocado
