Dairy Free Meal Preps

Order meals by noon on Friday to receive them Sunday evening. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be fulfilled the following week. No exceptions.

This menu is dairy free. That means none of these meals contain milk from any animal. These meals are likely to contain plant-based substitutes.

You must be a resident of North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, or Henderson to order from this menu; shipping is not currently available.

I recently started working with a local farm, which offers fresh produce, to bring you locally-sourced fruits and vegetables, when possible.

Save yourself from grocery shopping, meal planning, food prepping, recipe developing — and dishes! Don’t do dishes. Order your meal preps from Protein Veggie Carb, and let me do all the work!

You will save me some money in processing fees if you can PayPal.me or CashApp me, instead of using the order form below, but it is available for your convenience.
