Chili Omelette with Potatoes and Onions, Avocado, Pico, and a Peach

((If you’re “one of those”, who doesn’t like your food to touch, I apologize in advance for this plating; there was definitely sour cream on my peach.))


((Also)) You probably can’t tell, but there’s chili in that omelette, and I dressed my ‘taters with the balsamic vinaigrette I’d made (because I’m sure as shit not making a salad), and I added some sautéed red onions.

Pico, parsley, avocado.

((Frankincense, and myrrh.))

Protein: Two Pasture Raised Eggs by Vital Farms, (Kidney and Black) Beans, Sour Cream

Veggie: Onions, Carrots, Cauliflower

Carbs: Potatoes, Tomatoes, Avocado, Peach, Peppers

Seasoning: Garlic, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Everything But The Bagel
