Chili Again

  • Chili topped with Cheese, Red Onion, and Avocado, with a Side of Corn Chips (To Go)
  • Veggie Chili topped with Cheese, Red Onion, and Avocado, with a Side of Corn Chips

I got a green bell pepper in my CSA box (which is really a bag), and I’ve only really made one thing with them so far, and that was chili.

I’d also been given carrots, which the recipe calls for, so this is as creative as it gets this week

((bit of a repeat)).

((Also, don’t store your chips in your chili container; they’ll get soggy.))

((ORRRR, eat all your preps on the day you make them, so your chips don’t get soggy.))

Protein: Kidney Beans, Cheese

Veggie: Carrots, Onions, Cauliflower

Carbs: Tomatoes, Peppers, Avocado, Corn Chips
