I wanted to make some sort of hummus with all those (damn) chickpeas (and truth be told, I still have a good portion of them in my freezer), but a chickpea smash came across my feed before I could google, “how does a noob like me make a proper hummus, as to not embarrass herself,” and since the chickpea smash came with pictures, and no emotionally challenging backers, I thought I could manage it.
This is my own take, of course, because I just used the ingredients that were available to me, and not necessarily what the recipe called for, but I smashed some chickpeas, and it wasn’t gross.
((It also wasn’t hummus.))
((But I digress.))
