The people over at the Whole Foods hot bar think cauliflowerini is a real thing, so I tried it.

((It should be of no surprise I put it on a breakfast platter.))

Protein: Two Pasture-Raised Eggs from Vital Farms

Veggie: Spinach, Onions, Quote Unquote Cauliflowerini from the Hot Bar at Whole Foods

Carb: Tomato, Olives, Avocado

Seasoning: Everything But The Bagel, Chives
