My first (Trader Joe’s) cauliflower gnocchi, ever.
I have several things to admit: one, I have never had potato gnocchi either, so my comparison bias is wasted; two, I’m pretty sure comparison bias refers to people, and not food; three, I struggle with both. Four, I didn’t have any sauce in the house when I made these, and I didn’t realize it until they were already cooking, so I did what anyone in my position would do, and threw some cheese on it. Five, you can bet your bottom dollar that the next photo I take of this cauliflower-goo is going to have an egg on it.
((Belie’ DAT.))
((Now — is this a veggie, or a carb?))
((It looks like a carb, and acts like a carb, but I think it’s a veggie.))
((It’s definitely a veggie, right?))
((Cauliflower = veggie.))
((You’ll tell me if I’m wrong.))
