My cauliflower gnocchi doesn’t look as good as your cauliflower gnocchi, but it IS covered in pesto (so imma. eat it. anyway).
I also (hashtag) put an egg on it (#putaneggonit), and made a sautéed spinach salad (which I don’t think is thing, but I make it all the time, so… it is…), and I sliced up half a cara cara orange (which is pink and delicious inside).
+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
