Turkey meatloaf meal prep with LOTS of veggies: peas, broccoli, and green beans (from frozen, from Trader Joe's); potatoes, peppers, and onions (from frozen, from Trader Joe's); corn, carrots, broccoli, and edamame (from frozen, from Whole Foods). ((See, that wasn't so hard.))
The people over at the Whole Foods hot bar think cauliflowerini is a real thing, so I tried it. ((It should be of no surprise I put it on a breakfast platter.))
