Today's breakfast consists of two (real) eggs, fried in (vegan) butter, sautéed spinach, potatoes (sautéed in bacon grease), half an avocado, half a tomato, microgreens, and some (not-actually-bacon) bacon bits. If you can figure me out, you get a prize!
