One step away from an egg sandwich; two steps away from egg porn.
The people over at the Whole Foods hot bar think cauliflowerini is a real thing, so I tried it. ((It should be of no surprise I put it on a breakfast platter.))
Very recently, I would have told you I don't like beans; I order my burritos without beans; I order everything without beans -- I don't like beans. But then...
Congratulations! You're the next contestant on "What Melissa Make?"
I tried a papusa. If you don't know what that is, all you really need to know is there's cheese in the middle.
You better believe I meal prepped (the shit out of) those black bean burgers (with some sautéed mushrooms and onions, roasted potatoes, and steamed broccoli). Protein! Veggie! Carb!
If you are not building a food nest for breakfast, what are you even doing?
Black bean burger, plus lettuce, tomato, and red onions, with avocado, spicy mustard, cilantro, sweet potato fries, and a homemade ketchup ((for that A++)).

Breakfast mashed potatoes? I don't see why not. ((#putaneggonit))
I had to make a balsamic reduction, but they didn't tell me what to put it on. (('at'll work.))
((Not only is there no rosemary in this recipe, I was supposed to use the nut butter from the last post, to make this a whole foods, plant based recipe, but...
