Vegan Meal Prep

Plated vegan meal prep, with chickpea pasta, meatless meat, corn, carrots, broccoli, and soybeans, to which I added sautéed spinach, and microgreens, in a tomato red sauce. ((It would be weird if the tomato sauce were not red; yeah?))
