Protein: Vegan (Soy Based) Meatless Meat (which tastes exactly like ground beef, so long as you’ve never had ground beef before — and no it doesn’t)
Veggie: Mushrooms, Broccoli, Green Beans, Microgreens
Carb: Potatoes

If you are considering substituting meatless meat (or any other vegetarian, vegan, or plant-based options), I support you one hundred percent, and completely (which is redundant).
It’s better for you, the animals, and the planet.
