Breakfast Plate with Eggs, Potatoes, Spinach, Avocado, and Sliced Tomato

Today’s breakfast consists of two (real) eggs, fried in (vegan) butter, sautéed spinach, potatoes (sautéed in bacon grease), half an avocado, half a tomato, microgreens, and some (not-actually-bacon) bacon bits.

If you can figure me out, you get a prize!

Protein: Two Eggs by Vital Farms

Veggie: Sautéed Spinach, Microgreens

Carb: Potatoes, Tomatoes, Avocado


+ This meal is refined sugar free, and sugar substitute free, to the best of my knowledge.
