Breakfast Ball of Goodness: Banana, Cottage Cheese, Peanut Butter Perfect Bar, and Frozen Blueberries

This photo does absolutely no justice to how delicious this breakfast ball of goodness was. I usually think the photo is better than the food (can’t cook; not a chef), but in this case, it’s the opposite.

Protein: Peanut Butter Protein Bar by Perfect Bar, Cottage Cheese

Veggie: ((Catch you on the next one))

Carb: Frozen Blueberries, Banana


Recipe ((not a recipe))

Ingredients

  • 1 Peanut Butter Perfect Bar
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 10-ish Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Banana, Sliced

Directions

Let Perfect Bar sit at room temperature for a bit (maybe 20 minutes), so it’s not so stiff, and cold (they come refrigerated); small dice, then crumble with fingers.

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Perfect Bar crumbles, frozen blueberries, and sliced banana; mixing gently.

Scoop mixture on to a (white) plate (photograph on a wood table, from above, filtering minimally, and upload to Instagram, tagging @proteinveggiecarb, then), eat.
