((This is)) My first attempt at soft boiling eggs – and they are medium boiled at best. I’ve tried this another time or two since, and I always cook them more than I intend to. ((Yadda, yadda, yadda, egg timer.))
Also (no bullshit), these salads are amazing ((I ate them too)).
Mixed greens, microgreens, and pea shoots from the farm, plus some fruits and veggies — this one has carrots, apples, and onions; I like the avocado dressing; I think you’re all caught up now.
Protein: Chicken, Eggs, Walnuts
Veggie: Mixed Greens, Microgreens, Pea Shoots, Carrots, Onions
Carbs: Apples, Avocado Ranch Dressing
