Black Bean Tacos

Very recently, I would have told you I don’t like beans; I order my burritos without beans; I order everything without beans — I don’t like beans.

But then…

I had this assignment, for the Forks Over Knives Cooking Course, and I’ll be damned (!) if these black bean tacos weren’t ((fucking)) delicious!

((So…))

((Beans now, I guess.))


Protein: (Refried) (Black) Beans

Veggie: Lettuce, Onion

Carb: (Brown) Rice, Corn Tortillas, Tomato, Avocado, Corn

Seasoning: Cilantro, Pepper
