BBQ Sauce

3 Meal Preps: Chicken in BBQ Sauce with Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Potatoes; Turkey Meatloaf with Rice, Carrots, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Corn and Edamame; Chickpea Rotini Pasta in Alfredo Sauce, with Chicken, Mushrooms, and Veggies

I also had to make a whole foods, plant based BBQ sauce — which I put on some chicken, because that’s where BBQ sauce goes ((h/t: plant based failure)) — with Brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes from the Whole Foods hot bar (#lazy), plus a meatloaf meal prep (as per yoosh), and some chickpea rotini pasta, with veggies, in an alfredo sauce, in the background.

Protein: Chicken, Turkey (Meatloaf), Edamame

Veggie: Brussels Sprouts, Carrots, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Celery, Onions

Carb: Potatoes, Rice, Oatmeal, Chickpea Pasta by Banza, Corn

Sauce: BBQ, Alfredo
