Banana and Almond Butter French Toast with Sautéed Spinach Salad and Tomatoes

French toooast! I missed youuu! ((French toast covered with almond butter and a banana, but I assure you: it’s under there!))


Protein: Almond Butter, (Parmesan) Cheese, Pasture Raised Egg (Wash) by Vital Farms

Veggie: Spinach, (Leftover) Mushrooms (from this delicious Black Bean Mushroom Burger)

Carb: Sourdough Bread (French Toasted), Banana, (Tiny) Tomatoes

Seasoning: Cinnamon
