Salad with Corn, Carrots, Tomatoes, Avocado and Vegan Feta

Let the record show, this is the first salad I’ve ever posted.


Protein: This is definitely a “Relax, Plants Have Protein” type of meal; there’s some (vegan) feta on there, but that’s made from potatoes, so that’s probably a carb…

Veggie: Lettuce, Onion, Carrot

Carbs: Tomato, Corn, Avocado

Seasoning: Red Pepper Flakes, (Tofu) Dressing


Recipe: Tofu Dressing


+ This meal is refined sugar free (and sugar substitute free), to the best of my knowledge.
