
I enrolled in an online cooking course (at Forks Over Knives), that teaches the skills necessary to maintain a whole foods, plant based diet ((which I believe to be the best, even though I don’t (currently) practice it; I don’t currently practice eating ice cream by the pint (anymore) either though, so: hashtag progress)).
